Analysis Workflows

Quatrion connects agents to deterministic tools and solver-backed analyses. Analysis is split by engineering domain so each workflow keeps its own solver assumptions, job model, and validation language honest.

Page summary

Trust-graded structural FEA, forming and stamping, and CFD workflows that return readiness and confidence signals instead of opaque numbers.

Structural FEA

Structural workflows cover linear and nonlinear structural response, panel stiffness, and oil-canning screening. Results come back as trust-graded summaries — mesh quality, boundary context, convergence, timing, a confidence grade, and a closed failure taxonomy — rather than a single number with no context.

Forming & stamping

Sheet-metal forming and stamping workflows reason about blank, tool, contact, and process-plan concerns and return KPI envelopes with thinning and readiness signals. Forming is intentionally separate from structural FEA so each keeps honest solver assumptions.

CFD

Fluid workflows validate cases, run solver paths, and post-process structured result representations. CFD postprocessing is available as an early capability, with more cross-workflow contract detail in progress.

Trust over opaque numbers

Every analysis workflow is designed to expose what produced a result, the confidence or readiness it carries, and the boundary that still applies. See Trust Signals & Confidence for how those signals are structured.

Boundaries

  • Analysis workflows are built for screening, triage, and early design review.
  • They are not certified CAE sign-off by default; a workflow is promoted to sign-off use only when a customer-specific validation program is met.
  • Solver-backed analyses and deterministic measurements carry different validation requirements.
