Local-First Deployment
Local-first does not mean every deployment uses the same topology. It means Quatrion is designed so raw CAD locality, object storage, identity, runtime, and LLM boundaries are configurable.
Page summary
A deployment posture where raw CAD can stay within the configured local or private boundary.
Typical posture
- Raw CAD can remain on a workstation, local network, on-prem object store, or private cloud storage boundary.
- The workbench points to configured platform endpoints.
- Agent and tool execution can run through local or Kubernetes-hosted services.
- Only configured queries, metadata, or approved artifacts cross a boundary.
- Air-gapped deployment can be discussed during qualified architecture review.
Why it matters
CAD assemblies are often among the most sensitive engineering assets a company owns. Quatrion's public deployment posture is built around reviewable boundaries rather than a single hosted-only assumption.
